Our team has over 20 years experience both in the NHS and privately. We work with a wide range of mental health problems in those 16 and over. this includes Anxiety disorders, Depression, PTSD, Disassociation, Stress management, Sleep problems, interpersonal difficulties, weight management and addictions.
Our team are fully accredited by BABCP and EMDR Europe. as such we adhere to a Strick set of guidelines and ethical framework
